Default Question about clutch masters.....

I noticed the when I search Advance Auto Parts or NAPA there is pretty big difference in price between a 98-00 master and a 01-02 master?

Anybody know why? And most importantly.....is the 01-02 correct?

I have a 00 Z28 M6

The reason for the difference is the 01-02 master is an updated, improved unit. FWIW, just go with the gm unit, stay away from the parts store ones. If you are going through the trouble of replacing the master, do yourself a favor and go with the 01-02 version. You will thank yourself later.

I may not have been clear.....even with the part store ones I'm talking about a big price difference.

It's werid....it's like it became cheaper to produce teh 01-02 version.
