I just have the clutch disk! I got a great deal on a 6 puck disc. Now I dont have the clutch kit.. I just have the disk, can I use my stock flywheel? Can I just give this disk to the trannsmission shop and tell him to install it? Or do i need the other parts of the "kit"

You should have your flywheel resurfaced or get another flywheel. Are your hydraulics in good working order? If they have not been replaced, you might think about replacing them. I think that the forbidden clutch 
will work out fine.
