PN on Reverse Lock Out 'Noid
I was wanting the PN for it, I think its my problem
The reverse Lockout is on all the time, the reason being the eng sen fuse is blown, everytime I replace it it works fine, but then pops within a few hours.
Any other ideas? It does not pop right away as if it were a direct short, I had one fuse last a whole day and a half, and one last 30 seconds..

If it is on all the time you can permanently fix it. Can you take it out of the trans? If you can take it out and plug it in. When it is on, then the solenoid should be extended, right? If so you can gently pull on the shaft a little, and cut it off with a cutoff wheel. Make sure it is clean and free of burrs. Then when you release it it should not block 2nd or 3rd ever again. Reinstall and you should be good to go.
I heard about this in lieu of the resistor or skip shift eliminator. I actually have one with the cut shaft to put into my car this winter when I do my clutch. It will be nice to not have to worry about skip shift anymore.
DOH!:banghead: Just realized you were looking for the reverse lock-out. Yeah, you would want to keep that one active! Nevermind my post then. But the part number I show is: 12523300 (ouch... lists at $149, but GM cost is $85). I also see an o-ring seal in case you need it of 12523293 (list $7, GM cost is $4).
