Where to check part numbers on parts?

Where to check part numbers on parts? Hi all,
I just picked up an LS7 clutch, pressure plate and an LS2 flywheel from ebay and I want to verify that they are indeed what I paid for. I thought the part numbers would be on the parts somewhere. But maybe I'm just silly. Any one have any ideas? Oh, and it says Luk on all three of them.
Also, I never had a stock LS1 clutch, nor seen one. So I apologize in advance for the newbie post.
EDIT: Also, I use the exact same flywheel and pressure plate bolts for an LS1 right? Like these from ARP?
