Default LS7 break-in.....

I've heard 500 miles for break-in for the LS7 clutch, is this accurate?

So far I have about 100 miles of easy driving and it's working awesome!

I was wondering the same thing. I'm actually at around 85 miles or so now. I think I'm gonna go for the 250 miles of easy stop & go driving then slowly start to get a little higher in the RPM range.

My clutch didn't feel right until after 500 miles, it really depends on how and where you drive.

Well, more stop & go driving will work the clutch more. So if you do mostly highway driving I would do the 500 then get in it.

I put about 150 or less on before i beat on it hard. Has held up just fine for 2,500 miles.
