Question help diagnose my m6 problem

i need help in diagnosing what is wrong with my car. it is a 2000 z28 with 44k on the stock clutch. when I press the clutch pedal down while driving it only comes up about half way, the clutch disengages and it drives ok except the pedal coming up. but sometimes when i first start it up the pedal sticks all the way down and it wont go in gear. Also last week while stopped in a drivethru the car felt like it was trying to lunge forward without pressing the gas, it felt like the clutch was disengaging. is it the clutch, master, slave ????

Check the clutch fluid condition and level. Flush and bleed the clutch.
