Default Quick Question

What is the little rubber sleeve inside of the fluid resevior. What does it do? You cant put fluid in it because there is no hole for the fluid to drain. So is it a pressure thing or what?

I think it's a baffle. It might keep the fluid from accidentally splashing out of the small vent hole in the cover. To add fluid, just take the rubber boot out.

The Brake resevoir has it too. Not exactly sure what it's for. (both instances)

I wonder why it is so big rather than a cap if it keeping the fluid from splashing out.
