Default which flywheel for the interstate?

im about to purchase an after market flywheel and am not sure which would be best for my application. i really never take the car to the track nor do i auto cross. i really do all my action on the roll. usually from 45 to 120+. well my question is, would i benefit more from a billet alum or billet steel flywheel on interstate races? thanks for any help

in your case a lighter one may help. heavy for heavy cars and or cars with high traction. light in your case engine will rev quicker,ya might lose a little on shifting and idle issues

Roll racing - you will definitely want the lightest flywheel/pressure plate combo you can find. You'll give up a little bit of stop and go driving comfort (takes more effort to get the car rolling from a dead stop), but won't give up anything else.
