clutch is starting to slip
Well the car has 50,xxx miles on the stock clutch and its going out (amazed that it lasted this long ) thinking about just going with a spec stage 1 clutch seeing i'm not putting out alot of hp and not slamming it at the strip often
This is what i'm currently looking at: http://www.lmperformance.com/3477/1.html
Will that clutch bolt up to everything or would I need to buy a new flywheel? What else would I need?

That is a pretty cheap clutch. Spec seems to be one of the most popular LS1 clutches out there. So maybe thats why there are so many complaints. All I know is the Ram Powergrip HD clutch which has worked flawlessly for me. But it comes with a heavy pedal and a little chatter. But if you do get that clutch good luck and make sure you do the job RIGHT with the proper shims and do not touch the mating surface. That goes for the clutch disc and the flywheel (make sure you get your flywheel resurfaced at a machine shop). Good luck!
