Shifter? I noticed I have a Pro5.0 power tower handle. How can I tell if car has Pro5.0 shifter? Theres some rubber boot around lower part of shifter so I couldnt tell. Just curious if I have Pro5.0 or stock hurst. The shifter part where it connects to handle is also the gold color , if that means anything.

If you have the Pro 5.0 handle, it's a safe bet that you have that shifter. I've NEVER heard of anyone adapting/using that handle on any other shifter, but the only way to know for sure is checking under the boot. It would be a silver alloy base plate with the Pro 5.0 logo engraved upside down at the top (closest to dash/engine).
