bleeding ? need help asap

Default bleeding ? need help asap

ok i put a new master and a new cylinder in my car a few days ago. my pedal is hard but it feels like i have air in the lines.. when i start my car my pedal goes soft.. not too soft but its soft. it gives me a hard time to put it into gear and to switch gears.. and the clutch catches when i relese the pedal not even an inch off the floor.. it idals low when it is in gear also.. need help dont kno what to do anymore?????

Did you bench bleed it? How many times have you bled it since the install? It might take a few bleeds to get all the air out...

i didnt bench bleed it... i bleed it atleast 20 times... what is the best way to bleed it???

There are a ton of threads on here on how to bleed the clutch. I've done it both from under the car and with the Mitivac. I think that the under the car method works the best but is of course the hardest because you need another person. The Mitivac works pretty well and is easy to use. Just plug it into the master, pump it up to about 15 psi or so and wait for the bubbles. Good Luck

its going to be kind of hard to do if you didnt bench bleed it first

does bench bleed mean pump it up with fluid before the install, or have it suck fluid up?
