Clutch advice Hey guys, i'm new here. I recently found your forum because someone from firebirdnation told me to check it out. So my question is this, i just installed an OEM clutch in my 01 camaro 5 speed with 60k miles on it. And when i went to take it for a drive today i got the smell of something burning and ALOT of chatter from the tranny/bellhousing area. Is it possible that i did not torque everything down complelty? i did my best but i had issues on a few screws. What would you recommend? Because it was a strong smell of something burning. Thanks

It does kinda smell like the clutch burning but is there anyway to be 100% sure? i dont want to take the car for a ride and burn the clutch up. What if i just let it idle if it starts to smell could it be the clutch? even though its not being used?
