Default break-in LS7

Howdy! Just got my LS7 clutch combo in with new slave, t/o, and pilot bearings and i love it. within 50 miles it feels almost stock. I have driven her about 300 miles easy and am wondering if i really need to do the 500? i have heard varying opinions and 200 more miles isn't that big of a deal but its more of a curiosity question.

the reason being, that a guy told me something about the oem clutches are organic material that don't need break in since theres no metal pieces instead of containing metal shavings that need to be broken in against the flywheel and whatnot. is this correct? thanks -Karl

I would go another 200 easy, but if you get a chance to race, don't be afraid to beat on it, it should be fine.
