Default Clutch releasing way to high

I have a spec stage 3 with maybe 5k on it and it works fine and grabs hard. My problem is it does not engage untill the very top of the pedal, you literally have to nearly release it all the way to get it moving. It does not slip and has not been driven hard at all. Any idea how to fix this or what could cause it.
