Default First gear

Well i had 1st gear pop out on my twice today, at a complete stop put it in gear and went to go, didnt go any where it looked as though it was in between 1st and 3rd and a loud rattling came about and the shifter vibrated more than usaul. Also this mite just be me but 1st gear seems like its working to hard almost as if like an automatic car when you shift in to first or second and floor it seems like its working to hard still mite just be me. I think it mite be a blocking ring, shifter key, or fork. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Straight from the Tremec T-56 Manual:

-Synchronizer damaged or excessively worn

-Blocking ring damaged, worn index slots or friction surfaces worn or damaged

-Excessive countershaft end play

-Shifting fork loose on shift rail; worn or damaged fork or fork pads
