I would have no problem daily driving mine. In the beginning it is alittle touchy, but after you get some miles on it it breaks in real nice.

How many miles is " some miles " . I got about 250 on mine and its still pretty touchy.

You are supposed to break it in easy for the first few heat cycles. Don't be too hard on it at first. It is normal for it to chatter a bit after first installing. It will go away.

The exo-skel is already used by folks as a daily driver. Its designed to hold big power, and have good drivability.

I put 1200 miles on one in my truck. I removed it due to the drivability issues. But you have to consider the source and vehicle. One disc is a solid hub and one a sprung hub but they both engage at the same time on the same shaft so I don't see how the one spring disc could do much good as far as dampening things. It has a pretty light peddle feel and is very sensative as is with any metallic clutch. You have about 1" of peddle travel from initial engagement to full bite. Mine would chatter, even after break-in, on every start. Most of the time not much but some. My heavy 4200+ pound truck had something to do with the chatter due to load. On a lighter weight vehicle with shorter tires and 3.73+ gearing, I could imagine that no or little chatter could be achieved after break-in and practice. My truck's tires measure 31.5" and I have a 4.30 gear, that calculates out to an equivalent 3.42 gear with a 26" tall tire more like what you car guys have.
