Clutch is shot My Spec 3+ is shot. The previous owner had the Spec 3+ put in with flywheel and pressure plate. The clutch is starting to slip in high gears. Do I need to replace the whole setup now, or should I just purchase a new disc?

Personally I'd replace everything, especially if you are paying to have it done. Some people might think its a waste but once you're in there you wont be saving much money just replacing the clutch.

SR, it really depends on the state of the plate. If you can measure the flatness of the plate with a flat-egde it will provide information on the amount of wear the plate has seen. You can email pics of you like so I can check it out but I would like to know what kind of difference there is in the surface. Let me know. Thanks,
