Default rebuilding my trans..

well i am rebuilding my trans in a class and had my stuff all laid out and now im missing the skip shift lever that goes on the main shaft among other washers and ****. but seeing as how im going to disable CAGS anyways, do i need this lever in my trans? thx guys!

If it is the offset lever you are missing, you will need it. The skip shift functions with a solenoid acting in a track on the side of the offset lever. This lever also guides the shift rail....why you need it.

What year is the transmission? On early T-56's they were two seperate pieces each with its own roll pin and you can leave the one for skip-shift out.
