Default can't shift at high RPMS

When i really get on it, I have to wait for the RPMs to drop to 3500 or so before the car will go into the next gear(2,3,4) Could it be the slave cylinder, clutch, i already replaced the master but it still does it. Or could it be the gears themselves (i really hope not). The trans has 160k on it so its probably time for a rebuild, clutch has less then 30k on it though.
Any thoughts guys?

Try the drill mod if you havent done it yet. Do a good good fluid flush and bleed.

Aslo wrap the braided master line in heater hose or fuel line. Pretty much any insulator that you can get around the line will work.
