sometimes when im drivin and i dont stick the shifter in 3rd hard it will pop back out and start grinding. or wen im shiftin to 4th when im racing or driving fast the shifter will make a grindin noise but it will still go in but wen i drive calm its perfect. does anybody know wat that is?

Yep. Its a worn aluminum 3/4 fork . Do a search and reveal the history. You will need an iron replacement fork.

You need a new 3/4 shift fork. I just had mine done last summer. Let me tell you....if you dont know how to do it yourself then its going to cost a lot of money!
