Any other manual transmissions.... Im looking into doing a manual swap as I blew my A4 up about a month ago. Are there any other options other than a t56 possibly a four speed? Will the lower number of gears help me at the track because I dont have to shift as much? Just looking into some research. Thanks in advance.

You will likely only use 1-4 at the track anyway w/ a T-56 dependant upon your diff gearing/tire size.
You can much more easily swap a T-56 in than any other trans anyway, so I would stay with what is easy & what works.
I would do alot of research & make sure this is really what you want to do. Because racing manual trans is not easy as either, I know lol.
