Ok I am putting my trans back in and I can't get it to line up for nothing. I have been tring for 3 days to get in to go in the last 1/2 inch. T 2 dowels look like they are off but I keep checking the clutch alighnment with the tool and it looks good. Anyone had this problem and know what could be off?

make sure you are getting correct results from the tool. just raise the tail a bit and push hard on that damn thing.

Yep. Sometimes they are a pain. Check your gap all of the way around to make sure it's even and then work it in the rest of the way.
