Sometimes during normal shifting (sometimes from 3rd to 5th) I will go all they way over in reverse. I have gotten a little bit of grind when this happens but it obviously doesn't go in gear. Any ideas on what is wrong that is allowing this to happen. Thanks!

Sounds like the reverse detent/solenoid is getting soft along with the shifter detents might be a little weak as well .
