ok i was drivin on the high way today and i decided like an ******* to just get on my car so i downshifted to 3rd and the as soon i as got in 4th i stopped and when i tried to shift to 6th so i can cruise again it wouldnt come out of 4th the clutch was disengaging but it would not come out so i just forced it out and it would just grind i have a spec 3+ clutch in it and it has been workin fine but as soon as i came to a dead stop i was forceing it out of 4th again and kept playin with it and the it seemed ok

can anyone please help
