new clutch problem
just replaced stock clutch with LS7 clutch. Took it out of the shop today and the pedal goes real low. The car starts moving right when I let go of the pedal maybe an inch off the floor. To put it into gear I have to step on the clutch all the way down (like pushing on the pedal more than normal) if not it is very difficult to put into gear. When I'm at a stop and then start letting go off the clutch, right away the car moves and feels like if it wants to turn off. Anything diff that should have been done when installed, or what's the issue? Thanks

I would start by bleeding it out then go from there.
an adjustable master is good to get the freeplay out of the pedal for max effect when using the clutch.
there is a sticky on the top of this section detailing how to mod a master to make it adjustable.
but I's start with the basics in your case first. No reason you shouldn't be able to get a good pedal out of it w/ a stock set up.

The LS7s release very low until they are broke in(I had mine broke-in within 15 minutes).
Try to bleed the hydraulics first and then report back
