t56 stick i got a 99 t/a with a t56 that sticks in 4th gear i can go in all gears but its still in 4th some times it will come out but not to much any help will be grate

More than likely it is the syncro keys. They break & the pieces jamb the shift collar on the syncronizer. Happens quite a bit, thats what the billet slider keys are offered for as an upgrade to keep this from happening.
Your gonna have to tear the trans apart, might as well rebuild it
