Default Hydralic problems

I have a 98 Z I have a mcleoud adjustable clutch master and an upgraded 02 slave cyclinder with spec 3 cltuch. I was having pedal problem before like 2 or 3 months ago. Rebuilt the mcleoud clutch master and was fixed no more sticking clutch pedal. Until till last month it started doing it again. I pulled out the master and tore apart and inspected it. I see no physical damage in the bore. No burs or metals. But the o-rings on the plunger has flat spots on it. Can't figure it out. Should I rebuilt it again or just buy another mcleoud cltuch master? Thanks.

Did you hone the cylinder out w/ a wheel cylinder hone?
That would prolly be a good idea & then install a rebuild kit. Just clean everything well & assemble in brake fluid.

I was going to do that but didn't want to go thru all that again. I was going to Hone it out and rebuilt a second time.
