'03 LQ4 w/LT1 T56 (Weir Hot Rod setup)

'03 LQ4 w/LT1 T56 (Weir Hot Rod setup) Ok, so I was told that the LT1 T56 will work just fine since I already have the kit installed behind my current 383 (oldschool SBC style). "Use a C6 pilot bearing, etc".
Question is... what flywheel do I use? I see spacers for auto trannies, but nothing for a manual. Is there a flywheel that sits .400" closer to the transmission? Or do I even need to worry about that? I don't have the transmission here with me so I can't take any sort of measurements, it's up at my parents' place in MI. I want to get all the parts rounded up so I can go swap everything fairly quickly...
Any help?
