Default Clutch Help!!!!

my clutch pedal with stick near the floor, and the clutch release is more like an on/off switch. clutch still seems to have plenty of grab. is this the clutch gone bad, or is it the clutch slave cylinder? any input will be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

Sounds like you have hydraulic issues. Read the sticky threads at the top of the forum.
Check the fluid you might improve it by just bleeding it out.
Otherwise you may have master cylinder issues or possible slave.

What he said. And, you might want to insulate your lines from exhaust heat while you're at it.
