Rattles when I shut car off?

Rattles when I shut car off? Whats up. When I shut my car off, I hear a rattle from my clutch or tranny. Especially when I dont have the clutch peddle depressed. The sound is like a whinding down rattle. What could this possibly be? My clutch has been vibrating then slipping under heavy throttle and low rpms too. Thanks.
