I was recommended by installer to get a steel flywheel, but then I asked if ram made billet steel flywheel for lt1, they don't, they make billet aluminum though....Could I get away with aluminum or should I stick to steel, majority of ppl have said stick to steel, I really don't know a whole lot about clutchs/flywheels. Any help is appreciated!

I do not agree with ALuminium fly wheels for a drag race application. It makes 60'ing harder and they tend to warp.

I would stick with Steel
