Clutch noise while ingaging gears
As in the title: I push the clutch pedal, ingage a gear (no matter wich one) and a grinding / vibration noise comes out of the clutch.
Sometimes while releasing the clutch pedal too.
As soon the car is moving and the clutch is completely clamping the disc the noise disappears.
This is a stock clutch with about 20'000 miles (LS6 style), the tranny is a rebuilt 99 T56 with all the typical upgraded parts (carbon syncros and so on).
I also replaced the pilot bearing with a bronze bushing as I was told this would last forever.
Shifting is fine, the clutch works fine too, just this vibration is bothering me.
Is it possible that the pilot bushing has a little play?
Thanks for your ideas
Stefano

Shifting is fine too.
It make this noise while shifting in a gear and also when I start to release the clutch pedal.
It seems to me, that it makes that noise when the input shaft isn't rotating at the same speed as the flywheel
