The car has had a C5 IRS swapped into it by creating a cradle/subframe. The car has a 4L80E with manual valve body. Custom Yank Converter. Custom length torque tube. It has a carb'ed 5.3L with LS1 cam. It is fed by a 650cc Holley double pumper with manual choke. Victor AL intake manifold. It has a full MSD box to control the ignition. The box is computer programmable. It has a full roll cage. Tube frame car. The bare minimum needed to just race. The car is located in the DC Metro area. It has a clean Virginia title. Just to see if he could do it I guess as a last hurrah. Got a couple of people looking at it locally. I guess you could swap in a live axle or swap in an a arm kit for the front if you have some fab experience. The car would probably do just fine for most people as is.
