paint shops were ware some top notch paint shops in Illinois would prefer central IL but it doesn't matter?
requirements as follows:
Paint must Maintain a still wet look once dry
must be able to do ghosting (have a couple ideas)
must be absolutely perfect (no runs,over spray ect.)
