Default need shop to adjust/tighten subframe connector

I got them installed in florida but they are hitting the bottom of the car, I tried to tighten them where they bolt on to the lca but I couldn't get it to work so I need a shop that will know how to fix them.
I'm in antioch illinois

thanks

pat

pics would help, or the brand of the subframes as well. Why weren't these welded up instead of bolted on?

Default

they are the bmr boxed ones, they were welded to the front but not the back
and I read here that if this isn't tight enough it causes the banging noise I'm experiencing
