Need Emergency Help, Car was tuned for Emissions but DTCs were set incorrectly!

Need Emergency Help, Car was tuned for Emissions but DTCs were set incorrectly! Is there anyone in the chicagoland area that can adjust a few things on my tune. The readiness test will not Complete, therefore i am unable to pass emissions. And my License is set to be suspended the 15th! =(
I had all the codes set to 3 No errors reported but the tuner also set the DTCs to off. I was told that this is the reason that the Readiness test will not complete now. Can anyone help? Ill drive anywhere and buy you food or give ya a 20. Please help a fellow LS1 member.
