Long Block for Sale LS1/LS6 Long block is out of a 2004 Corvette. It is an ls1 with 15000 miles on it. The motor was pulled to install a 408 and has no mechanical issues at all. It does not consume oil, burn oil, knock, or any other undesirable condition. It runs perfectly and again was only pulled to make way for a 408.
Motor comes with (assembled):
Standard bore block
Stock pistons
Stock rods
Stock crank
Stock 241 heads with PRC dual valve springs and stock rockers
Upgraded cam shaft (no sure of specs but it is not a huge cam, noticeable difference over stock but not lopey)
I have a set of stock injectors if needed as well as a stock fuel rail.
Motor will need:
Oil pan
Valve covers
Intake
T/B
Sensors
Accessories
Currently the motor is at AES in Elk Grove Village (chicago). I can arrange shipping if you are interested or help with delivery if you are semi local to Chicago. Again, the motor is in excellent shape, no damage, defects, or anything to speak of. If you are interested I am sure AES can give it a clean bill of health but with my trader rating I dont think it is necessary. Plenty of people know me on this board and also others. Please feel free to contact me with any and all questions. $2200 or best offer. Might be interested in trades for parts, etc. Let me know what you have.
