the way gm has been going the ls2 or l27 will not be the big boy by 2007 i am betting the camaro will get the ls2 but the vette will probably have something new i mean damn they come out with something new like every 3 years i remember when an ls1 was the BIG dog now it is just a basic platform for which the new motors come from.

I hate to say this but, their sales have been sagging for a while. They will probably hold out past 2007. This is probably just publicity.....something to keep the hope. The press just released info to cut 12,xxx jobs by 2008 to cut 2.7 billon. From a business standpoint they do need to hold out as long as they can. The longer the wait the more the demand will be. Or they can put an Ls2 in the Soliste(*sp)

I can firmly say that i haven't seen a damn Camaro commercial in my entire life for an F-body....ONLY the WS6 Ram-Air commerical where it eats up the other car at the light....that is the ONLY one i have ever personally seen. so maybe if they'd actually advertise agian to let people know they do exist....they'd atually sell them.
For instance....i hate, and have no intrest in ever purchasing, or owning, or even sitting in one of those Scion **** boxes. BUT i know they're for sale....why? cause of the damn commercials.
