That's great. I wonder what the cops would have said. I don't have volume so maybe I missed part of it, but I don't think he did anything wrong. He just used people's fear to make their overreactions into a joke. Anybody technically know if he broke any laws?

i dont think you could make a law making it illegal to wear stockings on your head, so i dont think the cops could do anything but if they wanted to be real dicks im sure they could find something like disturbing the peace or something.
