Thumbs up F15 Flying With 1 Wing

This is incredible.. a jet collides with another one and then manages to recover with only 1 wing. I'd fly with this guy any day.

Man. That is insane. Can't believe something designed so long ago still performs so well. Can't wait to see what the few fighter will be capable of.

None lost to hostile fire. We lose a lot in training accidents and due to system failures--especially as they get older.

Yea I guess thats what it meant, none lost in combat.

Well the YF-22 Raptor is out now and its supposed to replace the F-15. It has a lot to live up to replacing that plane.

Being only 10 min from langley afb.. Got a buddy that's a mech on the 22's.. said that plane sitting still on the runway can catch and pass a 15 flying on burn like it was standing still..
