Default adobe premier pro users in here?

alright, i just got my hands on adobe premier pro. it makes windows movie maker look like preschool ****. i was wondering if there is somewhere i could look to give me guidelines on how get started and learn all of the features in this program.

ive been using windows movie maker for a while and want to try to step up to the next level but all i have to say is damn, this thing looks intimidating.

any help to get me going would be appreciated.

thanks

I found that just screwing around with stuff helped me the most.
Use the software's tip/tricks if you can.

It's not as intimidating as it looks. Play around with it a little. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask me.

time in the chair is your best teacher but you'll find great help at www.creativecow.net
It's a pretty powerful lil app or the price. Combine it with Afte Effects and there is little one can't do.
