The roads here suck.......I knew it was gonna need the drop, so I went ahead and got the springs, but honestly, in person, it really doesnt look that bad at stock height. I guess I will lower it after about a week of enjoying the smoothness of stock height....

If you want throw the front springs in, keep the stock rears, and do the hose mod. It'll bring the rear down about 1/2" and still keep a nice ride. You'll notice the harsher ride much moreso in the rear than in the front and still get a good stance. The rear doesn't look too bad at stock height, but that front needs to come down for sure.

The guys over at HPT have talked me into going ahead and getting all of them installed. Im gonna get it done next week. Ill takes some actually good pics then. I think it will look good dropped 1.8 inches because the tire is so thin out back.

just throw some taller tires on there and you should be ok in the looks department. It'll help your ride quality a bit too... depending on which tire you go with.

but can I do that without messing up the speedo? I though 35 was the right height on 18s?

Oh I agree. It'll look awesome completely dropped. But if you wanted a middle of the road setup that would be it.

You've got the right size tires. You can correct the speedo if you go with a taller tire but the lowering should take care of the gap in the rear.

I say to lower it i got stock height with 18x9.5 Z06 wheels all around. I would love to lower it but with my SLP Longtube headers, i'll hit everything you can imagine on the road. I say you do it while you can and drive safely.

See, in the daytime it actually doesn't look that bad.
And if you don't want to lower it, slicks and skinnies would help I'm sure
