no product received from john59 https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/623663-sale-dart-225-s-fast-intake.html bought 90mm intake from memeber. payment for 665 cleared on the 18th said he would ship on the 20th. received a message from John59 saying he left it with some friends to be mailed of when he was out of town. turns out it was never shipped and told me he would ship it out on the 28th. has yet to email me back with tracking number.

Have u called him?
He apparently sold some pushrods to Steve68, have u tried to contact him and find out if he received them in order for you to see if this guy is a scammer?

thanks guys. i opened a claim with paypal. this has been going on for over 3 weeks. thats just insane. i have his cell and left a message hes insiting on hes going to pick it from his friends and ship it but that was last week. so if i dont hear from here im requesting my money back. waiting over 3 weeks is unacceptable

Jason26, you left out the part where you sent John a payment of $665 and it didn't clear for 8 days because the money wasn't there.
I'm sure that was a glitch on your part, right?
So toss out how its taken three weeks to get this done, its closer to 12 days. Subtract 6 days for hoildays no one was shipping anything as they were closed. (I'm sure the rest of you can do the math on how long this has actually taken to get done).
Considering that and the parts have been shipped to you at an addtional $54 so you get them asap, cut the seller the same slack he did to you for payment. If you get any money from paypal over this AND the parts then you will be on notice as of now as the first warning.
