Default screeching noise

Alright so I just bought my first LS1 WS6 and is making a screeching noise if that makes sense, but spray wd-40 and it goes away. I replaced both belts and the belt tensioner pulley, just the pulley not the whole tensioning part. Its still making the noise and i noticed yesterday that the tensioner moves back and forth a bit. Is this normal? If it is what could it be that is making such a horrible noise?

Is it squeaking? If so it could be the idler pulley, check either the one on top, or the AC tensioner. And yes it is supposed to move back and forth a little.
