Default Fuel tank question.

Alright. Next project will be to finally fix all the fuel flying out of the filler neck on my gas tank. I was just going to replace it with another tank. But finding one for a 98 seems to be a bit of a problem. I know a guy who sells the 99 newer tanks for 100 bucks. But how would I use it? I know it has to be physically bigger because it's a 16 gallon tank and mine is a 15. Also, what about the sending unit? And the pump? use my old stuff? Or do I have to use the 99 stuff? I know, a lot of questions. But thanks.

Have you tried Hawksthirdgen? They may have a replacement for you!

yeah the have stock replacements. That's not the problem. I want to use a 99 up tank. That is a different tank. I'm sure someone has done this before.
