1st off will the AFR 205 heads fit with an MS4 cam? If so will it be a good combo with lt's , 4000 Stall 3.42 gears. Ive got a heck of a deal on some and wonder if this will work with my setup...

If they are not milled they will clear and be a good setup. AFR's have slightly more valve drop than OEM castings. It would be even better if you flycut so you can mill for a compression bump. MS4 size cams work best with compression.

We have done this setup on a few cars and it has worked well. It will clear on the out of the box AFR heads without cutting the pistons. However, like on many of the bigger cams, if you can flycut and mill the heads to get some more compression it will benefit you that much more!
