ls7 cam in 00 ls1 thinking about putting in an ls7 cam i have into my 00 ls1. its got headers, 2.5" duals with x pipe, CAI and a 4l60 behind it. What kind of gains can I expect? anyone one this combo? Anything to watch out for? i still have the 241's on the engine at the moment.

Get a bigger cam then that. Go atleast 224/224. An ls7 cam really isnt that large at all. If your gunna do a came get something you can really see a big power gain from.
