Default need some advice for a 6.0 setup

have a stock lq4 and am looking to make it into a street rod have found 2 deals for my application which is the best one thoe one that will give me the best bang for my buck here are the two apps they cost the same so price is not the issue

I am selling a set of Z06 D shaped heads. They are CNC ported, upgraded springs, 675 lift, titanium retainers, upgraded stainless steel valves. Heads were done by Texas Speed Performance. Ive got $1300 in the heads alone. And I do have reciepts for the heads and cam
-also am selling forged eagle rods. They are 6.125. Paid $400
-also am selling a 6.0 iron block, a stock crank, a LS2 intake, scorpion rockers, upgraded push rods, 2 sets of lifters and lifter trays, double timing chain (cost $200) , new bearings main and rod, water pump ($100), tsunami cam with 649 lift duration at 50 235/240 at 111 ($374). truck oil pan. over $1500 invested in all this.

-Plain and simple I through a rod out of the side of my block and Im selling the top end setup to buy a stock motor.. This setup made 478 rwhp on all motor.. All parts in the pics (plus the cost of headwork on the heads) was right at 5 grand.. What is for sale: CNC machined 241 heads with duel valve springs good to .650 lift cam new guides locks retainers seals, FAST 90mm Intake Manifold, Comtech 90mm Polished TB, 42 lbs Injectors with stock fuel rails, RPM 6 Cam the lift is .612 intake .615 exhaust the duration is 242/248 with a 112 LSA, Rollmaster double roller timing chain set, Texas Speed 7.350 pushrods, and stock rocker arms.
