Default New motor mounts and tranny mounts

Good day,

Need new Motor Mounts and tranny mounts for the 02 SS LS1.

Shop wants $800.00 ??? is that crazy ?? and can someone tell me some makes of the best Mounts - if I am going to do it... I want it done well.

save the money and do it yourself. it's a pain but you won't be paying 800 bucks.

Prothane makes good ones just get a set of polyurethane mounts and do it yourself, they really aren't that bad. Just do one side at a time for the motor.

Energy Suspension or Prothane are good ones. $800!! LMAO...highway robbery.

Yea, looks like I can get a set of the Prothane for @ 150.00

No wonder why the thing was vibrating under me so bad.. they are shot.

guy at the shop showed me where they were cracked and he moved them about 5 inches up and down..Good thing I only drove it about 5 miles since the vibration... if and when that tranny goes - a M6 will be going in.
