Default Stock mounts or urethane

Need Motor and tranny mounts for a DD 02 Camaro SLP.
Been hearing and reading about the bad vibration issues involved with Prothane and Energy Suspension mounts... More issues on the Prothane side it seems ? Also some issues with the lining up to the Pinion Gear ??
I got a local shop here in Phoenix, AZ that wants $ 800.00 - F... that.
Need any advice on which seems better as the old one are shot.
Any recommendations on a good reliable mechanic or shop in the phoenix area would be great too.

Black 02 Camaro SS SLP - DD
SLP Lid
Eibach / Bilstein Pro-Kit
Corsa Catback w / SLP Y...Need a good set of long tubes, a Custom Tune and a good streetable Cam.

Thanks to all that reply.

Appreciate the feedback SOMbitch..

Just trying to decide on what brand..Leaning towards the energy suspension ones, seems as tho the material is not as hard as some of the others..

Thanks again

X2. I have prothane motor mounts and a stock tranny mount. The vibrations are fine, barely more than stock. Try to install them yourself if you can, it will save you a lot of money.

Thanks BlueBird...Guy down the road in our neighborhood, works on Turbo-Ricers, says he would do it for 300.00 for all Mounts.

I bought a prothane kit im selling. I would reccomend doing what I did. Install them when you put in headers. while the headers are going in it's cake. I would have used em but i sold that car.

material wise wont be much different feel, unless, you go with solid engine mount.
